About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Product Manager to drive the development of innovative cloud solutions that solve real-world challenges. This role will play a key part in defining our product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering features that delight customers while aligning with Layerswift’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Insights: Collaborate with users to identify pain points, gather feedback, and validate new ideas for improving our platform.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions based on user needs and business value.
- Data-driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor product performance and inform future iterations.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, or developer tools.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
- Customer-first Mindset: Passion for solving user problems and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to navigate complex challenges.

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our revenue growth efforts and establish Breweries Nearby as the go-to marketing and distribution partner for breweries across the country. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on building and scaling a sales strategy that drives partnerships with breweries, advertisers, and distributors while strengthening our position in the craft beer industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy, focusing on brewery partnerships, premium listings, advertising packages, and exclusive collaborations.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of success.
- Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new brewery partners, with a focus on showcasing their unique value to our platform’s audience.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by expanding subscription models, upselling advertising options, and negotiating sponsorship deals for events or campaigns.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with brewery owners, industry stakeholders, and advertisers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or tech space. Experience with subscription-based or directory platforms is a bonus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and hitting ambitious sales targets.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people (and a love for craft beer doesn’t hurt!).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big-picture while managing the day-to-day operations of a sales team.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal hand-holding.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the craft beer industry, brewery operations, and trends is a big plus.
