The Role

Golden Arch is seeking a visionary Head of Design to lead our design strategy, oversee our talented design team, and elevate our brand experience across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape the future of how our customers experience data visualization, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring our platform’s potential to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design Leadership: Define and execute the design vision for Golden Arch, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience across all products and channels.
• Team Building: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• User-Centered Design: Champion a user-first approach, leveraging research, data, and feedback to create intuitive and engaging design solutions.
• Product Design: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered visualization tools that turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Brand Strategy: Shape and evolve the Golden Arch brand identity to reflect our values, mission, and aspirations as we grow.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams and products.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leadership to align design initiatives with business goals and effectively communicate the impact of design decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping successful SaaS platforms, ideally in the B2B space.
• Expertise in creating elegant, data-rich interfaces that balance functionality with simplicity.
• Experience working with AI-driven or data visualization tools is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for turning complex problems into clear solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• A portfolio that showcases a strong sense of visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking.
