Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Layerswift, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to the value of our platform and guiding them through the early stages of their journey. Your role will be instrumental in driving our growth by generating new business opportunities and setting the foundation for successful customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new leads through email, phone calls, and social media outreach.
- Engage with inbound leads to understand their pain points and showcase how Layerswift can solve their challenges.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and our sales team to drive the sales pipeline.
- Research and understand potential customers’ industries, needs, and challenges to tailor your outreach.
- Track all interactions and manage your pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize messaging and campaigns for lead generation.
- Consistently meet and exceed targets for qualified opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a huge plus!).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for building relationships and solving problems.
- High energy and enthusiasm for helping businesses grow with SaaS solutions.
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage and track outreach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Bonus: Knowledge of SaaS platforms or industries Layerswift serves is a plus!

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
