About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused Product Manager to drive the development of innovative cloud solutions that solve real-world challenges. This role will play a key part in defining our product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering features that delight customers while aligning with Layerswift’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Customer Insights: Collaborate with users to identify pain points, gather feedback, and validate new ideas for improving our platform.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions based on user needs and business value.
• Data-driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor product performance and inform future iterations.
• Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, or developer tools.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Customer-first Mindset: Passion for solving user problems and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to navigate complex challenges.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a startup mindset.
