About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our revenue growth efforts and establish Breweries Nearby as the go-to marketing and distribution partner for breweries across the country. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on building and scaling a sales strategy that drives partnerships with breweries, advertisers, and distributors while strengthening our position in the craft beer industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy, focusing on brewery partnerships, premium listings, advertising packages, and exclusive collaborations.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of success.
- Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new brewery partners, with a focus on showcasing their unique value to our platform’s audience.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by expanding subscription models, upselling advertising options, and negotiating sponsorship deals for events or campaigns.
