Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Webflow Template Designer to help create beautifully designed, highly functional templates for our users. As a designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how users experience Supersparks by crafting templates for forums, reviews, and commenting systems that look stunning and integrate seamlessly into existing Webflow projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design Webflow templates that showcase Supersparks' community features, ensuring they are visually appealing and highly customizable.
• Work with our product team to create templates optimized for users’ needs, including layouts for forums, review systems, and commenting systems.
• Ensure templates are CMS-friendly, leveraging Webflow’s collection lists and dynamic bindings for ease of use.
• Create documentation and style guides for users to implement and customize templates effectively.
• Collaborate on feedback from users to refine and improve template designs.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Webflow design and development, including building CMS-powered templates.
• A keen eye for modern UI/UX design trends, especially in creating engaging community platforms.
• Understanding of dynamic content workflows in Webflow, including integrations with third-party tools.
• Ability to design with customization in mind, ensuring users can adapt templates to fit their unique brand.
• A proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Vuex.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or design systems.
