As a Frontend Engineer at Layerswift, you’ll take a leading role in building sleek, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that power our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, and backend teams to create features that delight our users and help them succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant frontend applications using modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to turn wireframes and mockups into seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
• Implement clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on reusability and best practices.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a smooth user experience at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend engineer, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Vuex.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Passion for creating user-centric designs and improving the customer experience.
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or design systems.
• Bonus: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Layerswift, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to the value of our platform and guiding them through the early stages of their journey. Your role will be instrumental in driving our growth by generating new business opportunities and setting the foundation for successful customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new leads through email, phone calls, and social media outreach.
• Engage with inbound leads to understand their pain points and showcase how Layerswift can solve their challenges.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and our sales team to drive the sales pipeline.
• Research and understand potential customers’ industries, needs, and challenges to tailor your outreach.
• Track all interactions and manage your pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize messaging and campaigns for lead generation.
• Consistently meet and exceed targets for qualified opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a huge plus!).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for building relationships and solving problems.
• High energy and enthusiasm for helping businesses grow with SaaS solutions.
• Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage and track outreach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SaaS platforms or industries Layerswift serves is a plus!
